What are the dates of camp for Summer 2016?

What is the camp tuition?
- College ID Weekend – $110 and $199 for both days
- Overnight Residential Camp - $475
- Commuter Rate - $375
How do I register for camp?
Click on any Register Now button. Payment online is available by credit card only. Contact us by email for a paper/printable application or to pay by check if desired.
Is there a registration deadline?
Yes. You must register two weeks prior to the camp. We accept applications until the sessions are full. Camp fills quickly, so we suggest registering early, especially for goalkeepers.
If the camp is full, do you have a waiting list?
Yes, when the session fills, a waiting list will become available. No deposit is necessary to be placed on the waiting list.
Do I have to pay in full or can I submit a deposit?
You may apply to camp with a deposit of $200. The full balance is due May 1, 2015. Applications received after May 1 must be accompanied by the full tuition.
Will I receive a confirmation letter and a list of what to bring to camp?
If registering online, you will receive a confirmation email. A detailed list of items to bring to camp will be sent via email two weeks prior to camp beginning.
Is housing available for the College ID Weekend?
We do not provide housing for the College ID Weekend. It is not an overnight camp. A list of hotel options is listed on loyolasoccercamps.com
Should my daughter bring a soccer ball?
A ball will be provided to you at registration.
Do you provide transportation to camp to/from the airport?
We do not provide transportation for the College ID Weekend.
We do provide transportation for the Elite Residential Camp. If you are in need of transportation to and from one of the Chicago Airports we will arrange for a shuttle to bring you to and from Loyola. An email will be sent to all campers with a form to be filled out if airport transportation is needed.
Is a physical required?
No physical is required for camp, however the application will not be processed without the medical consent and liability waiver. Both forms are available within the online registration and on the paper application.
What other forms/medical forms do I need?
The medical consent and liability waiver, and a copy of an insurance card must accompany the application in order for processing to occur. They are included within the online registration and on the backside of the paper application

Can my daughter request his roommate? What if my daughter is attending alone?
Roommate requests and/or near requests are honored; however, they must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the start of camp.
Roommate requests made within the two weeks prior to the start of camp will be honored if possible. Two players per room). Players attending camp alone will be placed with another camper attending alone.
Where do the players stay at for the overnight camp?
All Players will reside at the same dorm on campus. All rooms are air-conditioned!
When do we arrive at camp on the first day?
When/where do we pick up from camp on the last day?
Camp ends on Sunday at 3pm at Loyola Soccer Park. 11 vs. 11 matches begin at 1:30pm. A brief awards ceremony will occur at 2:45 pm. Plan to attend!
When is the first meal?
The first meal is dinner on the first day of camp.
When is the last meal?
The last meal is lunch on the last day of camp.
What is the typical daily schedule?

What is the player: staff ratio?
8:1 for field players and 5:1 for goalkeepers
What about safety & supervision?
Players are fully supervised by camp staff 24 hours per day, during all camp activities and while in rooms. Camp staff reside on each of the dormitory floors at night. The dorm is secured after hours. Players only have access to the building they are sleeping in (they cannot get into other dorms with their keycard).
Does my daughter need to be at a certain level of soccer ability to attend camp?
No specific level of ability is required. We just ask that all players bring the desire to learn and have fun, and we will help them reach the next level! All players should be prepared to play A LOT of soccer and be in good physical condition for multiple trainings per day.
What should my daughter bring to camp?
A thorough checklist is available on www.loyolasoccercamps.com . The checklist is also sent to each player with a confirmation letter upon our receipt of your application.
Can my daughter bring a cell phone/electronics to camp?
Yes, cell phones are permitted. No cell phones are permitted during camp activities or while moving to and from activities (i.e., walking to fields or meals). Please educate your daughter on not using a device with a camera in areas where players may be changing clothes, restrooms, etc. and never using a device at the expense of someone else.
